Walnut and curly maple medieval card loom
If durability or having a period 14th century loom is important to you, you're in luck. This loom is both!
Based in 14th century loom this one is made using mortise and tenon joinery. I've had a 150 pound kid stand on one and it was fine...i don't suggest doing that. 24 tooth locking cogs coupled with wooden joinery means this loom can take the most punishing tension so if you like to pluck a tune while weaving I got you covered.
Another cool feature is you can weaving with the loom sitting flat on a table or your lap. It can also stand on end allowing you to weave like a tapestry loom.
This is a large loom. It has a weaving area 9 inches wide and 18 inches long. That's plenty long enough for multiple decks of cards.
Dimensions are 13 inches wide, 22 inches long 10 inches tall at the rear and 6 inches tall at the front.
